Skills:

20 Fury

20 Armageddon

20 Firestorm

20 Volcano

1 Werewolf, 1 Lycanthropy, 1 in all the pre-requisites to Fury

Rest into either Molten Bolder for Armageddon DMG, or lycanthropy

With this setup you do around 8k fury and 8k Armageddon dmg. You'll have to cast Armageddon every 12 seconds, but you get used to it as you run around swiping monsters. Keep it as your right click.

The only thing he needs is a demon limb to prebuff with the enchant charges. This will boost his attack rating alot and be better on switch than the +skills gained from the spirit sword.

Run around swiping monsters, raining fire and loitering around elementary schools.
