Mostly because I had a hell of a time finding a scepter with 4 sockets when I wanted to make this runeword for my rift kicker assassin and wanted a backup in case I wanted to make another one for some reason.

The problem I found is no one actually bothers to keep 4 socket scepters around. It took me days to get any scepter. Good luck, though!|||This is actually my second attempt at trying to get my hands on one. My first attempt was a couple of months back. I did managed to find some but then the interest kinda waned after the wait, and now it's back with a vengeance. Haha.

|||My apologies for a second bump. But I promise this will be my last attempt at trying to trade for a 4 socket War Scepter with nice skills before I make one from a non-skilled scepter that I currently own. So, if any of you have one, please let me know.
